Paul H. Tanis, Jr.
Paul was born in 1957 in Yokohama, Japan. He attended college at Central University of Iowa, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. He attended law school at the University of Pudget Sound, as well as William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN, where he graduated cum laude. He was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 1983. He is also licensed to appear in Federal Court for the District of Minnesota.
Paul practices in the areas of probate, estate planning, business law, and real estate. He is a Certified Real Estate Specialist by the Minnesota Bar Association. Paul is a member of the Sixth District and the Minnesota State Bar Associations.
Paul enjoys sailing and spending time with his family. He also is active in the community, serving as President President of the St. Peter Community Development Corporation.
Michael K. Riley, Sr.
Mike was born in 1952 in Denver, Colorado. He attended college at the University of Minnesota, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. He graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN, and was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 1979.
Mike practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, commercial law, banking law, employment law, and litigation.
He was the Nicollet County Attorney, and held that position for 18 years. Mike is a member of the Sixth District and the Minnesota State Bar Associations, the Civil Litigation Section of the Bar Association, as well as the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association. Mike loves to spend every Minnesota season fishing and enjoying the outdoors. He also participates in the St. Peter Ambassadors.
Tony’s practice focuses primarily on elder law issues including estate planning and long-term care planning. Tony completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Minnesota, and graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
